This course is actually two programs in one. Students will be able to choose a career in the auto body repair and painting industry, or in vehicle maintenance, after trying both trades in class and in work placement. This is an excellent way to decide if the student is more suited to one particular trade more than the other.
As with all Seven Oaks C.V.E. programs, it offers extensive work experience in the industry, and the in-class theory to back it up. Work experience sites are at prominent automotive dealerships and private shops throughout the city.
The course is also associated with Manitoba Apprenticeship, and student time in the course can be applied to Apprenticeship hours required.

- The preparation, refurbishing and painting of vintage, classic and modern automobiles
- The latest in state of the art basecoat / clearcoat paint finishes
- The latest techniques in mechanical repair procedures and troubleshooting
