Registration FAQ's

Where do I find the link to register online?
On the Registration page beside the appropriate session click "Click here" to Register. 

Do I receive confirmation of registration?
No. Once you pay online you have the option to print a receipt.  If you require an additional receipt, please contact Elvira at (204) 927-3700.

What is Seven Oaks School Division's refund policy?
Refunds will not be given, but dates may be switched based on availability.

Is there a map available on the Seven Oaks Website indicating school locations?
There is a  map on the Divisional home page, under the Schools tab or click here.

Who can sign up?
MY Camp is available to all students entering Grades 4 through 8 in September and residents of Seven Oaks School Division.

How much does it cost per session?
The two week sessions #1 - #4 are $100.00 and the one week hockey camp session #5 is $150.00.  Click here for sessions and costs.

When are the sessions held?
Sessions vary between 1 week and 2 weeks in length and run Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Click here to view the sessions.

What about lunch?
Students are supervised during lunch and must bring their own lunch.

Can I register my child for more than one session?
Due to the high demand for this program and to give as many Seven Oaks students as possible an opportunity to attend, students may register for ONE SESSION ONLY until April 15th. On April 16th, students may register for additional sessions based on availability.

How can I register?
There are 3 ways to register:
Online registration and payment with Visa or MasterCard,
By phone during office hours: 204-927- 3700 with Visa or MasterCard,
In person during office hours: I.T. Centre, B.Z.E.R.C., Upper Level, 375 Jefferson Ave.

What are the Office Hours?
Weekdays 8:30 - 12:30 and 1:30 - 3:00

When do I pay?
If registering online, credit card information is required upon registry.  If you are registering in person or over the phone, payment is required with your registration.
