Registration FAQ's

Who can take a summer school course?
Summer School courses are repeater courses only and students must have received a minimum final mark of 35%, or granted permission by their school principal.

How much does it cost per class?
$50.00 per course for residents of Seven Oaks School Division
$210.00 per course for non-residents of Seven Oaks School Division

When does Summer School start?
It begins Thursday, July 3rd and run until Friday, July 25th

Where are the classes held?
Classes are held at Maples Collegiate, 1330 Jefferson Ave.

What if I don't provide a report card or transcript on the first day of Summer School classes?
Credits will not be issued for the course.

Can I register at my S.O.S.D. high school?
Yes until June 13th

Can I register in person?
Yes if you are a resident of Seven Oaks School Division register at your home school from June 2nd to June 13th.
After June 13th register at the I.T. Centre, Upper Level , 375 Jefferson Ave. (B.Z.E.R.C.)
If you are not a resident of Seven Oaks School Division register beginning June 2nd at the I.T. Centre, Upper Level, 375 Jefferson Ave. (B.Z.E.R.C.)

What are the Office Hours?
Until June 27 -  weekdays 8:30 to 3:30 (office closed from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.)
On Monday, June 30 and Wednesday, July 2 - Registration will be at Maples Collegiate from 8:30 - 6:00.

When do I pay?
 If you are registering in person or at your home school payment is required with your registration
