The Phrasal Verbs Machine
Phrasal verbs are complicated for non-native English speakers to learn and use but are essential to make writing and speaking sound natural. This app uses animated illustrations of 100 phrasal verbs set in the circus world of The Amazing Phraso.
Anki is a flashcard program that uses a spaced repetition system to help students learn new things. Users can create their own flashcard decks or download decks that have been shared by other users. The app can be synchronized with its desktop companion so students can learn at the PC or on their mobile devices.

Learning languages with busuu helps you learn the basics with a variety of learning activities including: vocabulary and grammar lessons, audio dialogues, and interactive tests. You can submit practice exercises to the busuu community where native speakers will help in perfecting your skills. Fun quizes are also available to test your knowledge. Multiple languages are available.
Practice English Grammar
Practice English Grammar (Beginner Level) contains many pages of grammar lessons explaining the grammar topics of the tests. With over 500 questions in 16 topics, this app helps you practicing the basic usage of English grammar.
