Seven Oaks School Division is pleased to invite educators to attend a keynote presentation for teachers and administrators with Dr. Tim Tyson on September 15th, 2008 from 9 am to noon at the Canad Inns - Ambassador A Room (Jefferson & McPhillips). Dr. Tim Tyson is a former Middle School Principal who is now involved in speaking with educators across North America.

The second presentation will compare traditional school models with new ways of doing school with the technology tools we now have available to us. The experience is designed to show educators new ways to implement technology rather than continuing to conduct school the same as we have done in the past just using technology in low level ways.
Dr. Tim Tyson led his school in the development of a schoolwide video film festival. He is noted for his enthusiasm and has been called the 'pied piper of technology'.
