The Board of Trustees of the Seven Oaks School Division wrote to candidates in the Kildonan-St. Paul and Winnipeg North districts requesting them to respond to isses that "concern us as a school board and concern the community that we serve. While education is primarily a provincial responsibility there are federal issues that have a significant impact on our children, parents and taxpayers. There are significant waiting lists for daycare at all daycare centres in our school division.
