Women’s Weight Training
A “State of the Art” course designed to help you be the best you can be. The emphasis will be on developing usable strength for the real world. Included in our sessions will be: joint mobility, dynamic warm-up, movement skills, breathing exercises, post lifting stretching, amongst others. Participants must be in good health, have excellent mental focus, great work ethic, be prepared to work, and learn. Participants must have good manners and get along well with others; but this is definitely not a class for socializing. We will work and we will succeed.

Zumba® Fitness – Ditch the Workout, Join the Party
There are very few rules in Zumba® Fitness classes - there is no structure, there is no right or wrong, however, there is a lot of enthusiasm. The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin and other international rhythms from the following dance styles: Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Flamenco, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly Dance, Banghra, Hip-Hop and Tango. They are easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you way. Music is the key ingredient to Zumba® classes. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. It’s the best party around! No experience necessary!

Zumba Toning - Time to take your Fun & exciting Zumba Fitness to the Next Level
Zumba® toning is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weights or toning sticks. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. Now that you’ve worked on your lower body rhythm, its time to perfect the upper body. The new and exciting Zumba® toning program is designed to offer the participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! Taking a Zumba® Fitness class previously is an asset, but not necessary.

Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is an intense and vigorous workout that will challenge your strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and balance while getting the heart rate up due to flow and transition from pose to pose, yet you should leave the class rejuvenated and relaxed. Options will be given for different levels.

Boot Camp Style Training
Testing physical limits by working cardio, strength, endurance and core in 60 minutes. Expect to sweat, as this class will teach and show your body how to renovate itself without the use of any equipment or weights. Participants will have the option of doing modified moves and extended rests, while others bring it all the way.

Yoga for Beginners
Classical sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends and twists are the building blocks to a healthy and enduring yoga practice. This class will explore proper alignments of basic yoga poses using safe and accessible techniques.Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats.

Gentle Yoga for Active Seniors
Bring balance to your day with a gentle yoga practice. Controlled movement and breath work ease tension, promote circulation and strengthen the body. Each practice will begin and end with 5 minutes of guided meditation.
