TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS: As you know, graduates who are attending the Dinner and Dance on June 26th are expected to be picked up from the Victoria Inn by a parent or guardian. Please be aware that approved guests are to be taken home by the parent or guardian of the sponsoring Maples graduate. Please contact Mr. Peppler or Ms. Zaretski if you have a question regarding transportation arrangements.
DINNER/DANCE TICKET SALES
Ticket Price Breakdown:
Please have the following ready when purchasing tickets:
Access to credit card/Interac information to pay for ticket, otherwise cash payment days are available.
Parent Pickup information (Name and License number). This is a MUST!
Guest Information, MB Health Card Number, Student Number
Coordinate table seating. Tables are grouped in sets of 10. Students are able to view where other students are sitting on the online form.
All students must go through the online process to purchase tickets.
Tickets will not be sold to students who have not paid all library fines, textbook fees, parking fines, fundraising, sport fees, etc. You must be able to prove that you have paid all your debts in order to purchase a ticket. Please check with the office to find out if your name is on the outstanding fines list.
Tickets can be paid online with Credit (Visa, MasterCard) or Visa Debit. Debit card use and acceptance will vary from bank to bank and may not all be accepted depending on individuals account.
If circumstances restrict the purchase through those forms of payment, please contact Ms. Zaretski to make other arrangements or pay by cash.
Please indicate allergy concerns on the online ticket form.

Fees: $5 - sitting fee (if only wanting a photo for the yearbook and the grad composite)
$25 - sitting fee (if students want to receive a sample photo package)
$5 - friendship photos ($5 gets them 2 poses with their friends, with a maximum of 4 people in a group shot; a limit of one friendship photo per session)
NOTE: If you do not want a proofs package/portrait session, you still need to come as we will be sizing you for your grad gown!
NOTE: You don't have to pay for your retakes if you return your proofs package!
If you missed grad photos and would still like to get them, call Lifetouch at 204-272-3500 to book an appointment at their Winnipeg location (1410 Mountain Avenue, Unit 3).

Students or parents wishing to purchase a class jewelry should come to the Shopping Day, on November 29th, from 3:30 - 4:30 pm in room M212. Mr. Rob Ferrand, a sales representative of Jostens, will be available to show you some of the inventory. You may also order online at any time but please stop on Nov. 29th and have your finger properly sized by Rob.
