The non-fiction section is the largest section in the library. Books in this section cover a variety of topics connected to high school curricula. There are books on law, astronomy, medicine, music, photography, art, history, sports, weather, finance, scientists and writers. The section includes cookbooks, biographies, collections of letters, picture books and art books. Many students (and parents) would find The Debt-free Graduate: How to Survive College or University without Going Broke a useful read. You can find it in the non-fiction section.
A recent acquisition for the non-fiction section is “Your Loving Son”, Letters of an RCAF Navigator. This book is a collection of personal letters sent home by twenty-one-year-old Flight Sargeant George McCowan King, who was killed in combat in 1943.
