Leading The Way In Bilingual Education

The French immersion program is open to all students. If you want your child to develop proficiency in Canada's two official languages, and to learn about another culture, French immersion has a great deal to offer.

Children benefit from learning in two languages -- their thinking an reasoning skills improve, and English language skills are enhanced.

In the French immersion program, students achieve a high level of proficiency in French, while they continue to develop English language skills.

In kindergarten, students spend 100% of their school time learning in French. From Grades 1 to 5, they spend 75% of their school day learning in French and 25% learning in English. In today's ever changing world, learning a second language assists our children to access and contribute to a global society. Learning another language promotes a more inclusive society and helps to prepare our children to be citizens of the world.
