Mayor's Scholarship for Community Leadership is now open. Eligibility: Students across Winnipeg are encouraged to apply. There are five scholarships each valued at $1,000 and will be awarded to students who have demonstrated consistent and outstanding dedication to solving a community problem or making their community a better place to live.
