March: The season is all wrapped up! The teams have done a great job representing OV Jewitt School. Up next is our badminton season! I would like to thank all the coaches for their hard work throughout the season! Mr. Mantolino, Mr. Winchar, Mr. Sainsbury, Mr. Clendenan, Mr. Paris, Mr. Wiebe, Ms. Tamayo, Mr. Fernando!

February: Congratulations to the divisional girls basketball team who has had a great season so far. They finished in 3rd place at the Hedges basketball tournament losing only to the eventual tournament winners. They have had big wins throughout the season and are looking forward to their next tournament March 4th to 5th at Ecole Seven Oaks.

Our divisional boys team has had a few tough games this season, but had a great game beating Leila North earlier this year! The team has a divisional 3 on 3 tournament at Red River College on Thursday, February 25. Fans are encouraged to attend!

Our school teams are coming into their final week of games. The gr 6 teams will continue in March for 1 final week of games. The teams have had a great season, have shown tremendous growth, and have been great representatives of OV Jewitt school!

January: Coaches and players have already begun practicing and training for the upcoming season. Again practices will vary depending on gym availability. If there are any questions pertaining to the season just ask Mr. Lopes at the Phys. Ed. office.
