Seven Oaks School Division welcomes students, families, and community members to join us for our Spring Sweat Lodge Ceremonies. 

The sweat lodge is a place of cultural ceremony that has many benefits for the individual and collective. This ceremony can be held for various reasons; a space for introspection, for community connection, to seek guidance or healing, and more. Teachings and guidance will be shared to support those attending for the first time.

These gatherings are a space for reflection, connection, and community. A potluck feast will follow each ceremony; participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share.
