Frank Halas has almost two decades of experience working for Indigenous youth in Winnipeg's North End and Northern Manitoba. First, with the University of Manitoba's Rec and Read Programs and later with the Winnipeg Aboriginal Sport Achievement Centre. Frank now works as a Community Support Connector for Indigenous youth for the Seven Oaks School Division, a role he has helped to develop since 2020.
