Learners will examine their interests, strengths, personality traits & values, making meaningful connections between school & work. Through this exploration, they will strengthen their confidence, identify goals & gain insight into the responsibilities & required skills of various occupations. Learners will explore the world of work, including current labour market trends, workplace safety & health standards. They will also gain exposure to real-world career experiences and develop job-readiness and employability skills relevant to specific occupations and post-secondary pathways.
