You must register your child at your home/catchment school.  

Requirements:

• ​Proof of age (Born in 2015)   Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Passport Document
• Proof of address   (2 pieces required)  Tenancy Agreement, Home Purchase, Utility Bills such as Manitoba Hydro, City of Winnipeg Water, Shaw, MTS, etc.  You can also provide a driver's license or Manitoba Health card as a secondary supportable document in addition to the primary document of proof of address. 
  

If there are custody or legal documents, you must include a copy of them as well.  

Medical and URIS forms are required to fill in if there are serious or life threatening medical conditions that affect the student.  

If you require transportation services for your child, please ask for a transportation form. 

Students that live in catchment and live farther than 1.6 kilometers from the school can qualify for free transportation services.  Students that reside more than 1.2 kilometers away from the school can apply for paid transportation.  

If you wish to register your child, but live out of catchment or division, please understand that we cannot guarantee you a space at Victory School.  You will be notified in June, whether your child is accepted at our school or not. 
Make sure to register at your home school as well!​

As our school office is closed at this time, please print off the kindergarten registration form attached below.  Fill it out, and scan it along with your other proof of address, birth certificate, etc documents and send it to our student secretary; Ms. Ginter at tara.ginter@7oaks.org

If you have access to an iPhone, you can scan your documents using the notes app.  If you make a new note, you can use the camera function to scan and attach your documents and then email them to tara.ginter@7oaks.org.  You will get a response back within one business day letting you know if the application was received successfully.
