Physical Education
Our Physical Education program is designed to help students build lifelong healthy habits through movement, teamwork, and personal growth. PE classes focus on developing fundamental motor skills, physical fitness, true sport principles, and an understanding of how to stay active in fun and engaging ways. Students explore a variety of activities, from team sports and cooperative games, to fitness challenges and skill-building exercises, allowing every learner to discover what they enjoy and excel at. Our goal is to support the whole child by promoting confidence, resilience, and a positive relationship with physical activity, both inside and outside of school.
