Maples Met Students Take on the National CAP High School Exam

School Stories |

Two Grade 12 students from Maples Met School achieved outstanding results on the 2026 Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP) National High School Physics Examination. Jaideep Delow placed 4th in Manitoba, while Anggad Kochhar earned 6th place in the province. Their achievements are particularly impressive given that 103 students from 16 schools across Manitoba participated in this year’s examination.

The CAP High School Physics Examination is one of Canada’s most challenging academic competitions for senior high school physics students. Administered annually by the Canadian Association of Physicists, the exam is designed to test advanced problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and a deep understanding of physics concepts that extend beyond the regular high school curriculum. The examination is based on internationally recognized physics standards and serves as a pathway for identifying students with exceptional aptitude in physics. Congratulations to Jaideep and Anggad for representing Maples Met School with distinction and academic excellence.
