Sherri Denysuik is Anishinaabekwe from Sagkeeng First Nation.  Sherri is the Assistant Superintendent of Indigenous Excellence in Education.  Prior to her current senior leadership role, Sherri served as as school administrator across all educational settings, including Early Years, Middle Years, Senior Years, and Adult Education. She is a First Nations education leader who is deeply committed to advancing Indigenous education, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating culturally responsive learning environments that support Indigenous success and the well-being of all students.
