1. Physical Education

The Physical Education specialists of the Seven Oaks School Division are committed to providing opportunities for all students, as they pass along their Physical Literacy journey, to develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to not only purposefully participate in curricular Phys. Ed. activities now but also to develop an individualized active and healthy lifestyle for the future, consisting of a variety of activities that connects self with community and culture.

2. Sports & Athletics

As students participate in physical education activities, learning skills and concepts and growing along their physical literacy journey, they will also have the option and opportunity to participate in a multitude of extra-curricular (beyond Phys. Ed.) sporting activities.  Starting in grades 4 & 5 with mini-seasons & 1 day jamborees all the way up to grade 12 at the Varsity level.

Seasons and leagues in Early Years and Middle Years are structured to reflect the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model and as set out by each provincial sports organization.

3. Active Culture
