Summer Registration Information
In order to register for the field trips KYAC is offering, we will be hosting a field trip registration evening at École Seven Oaks Middle School in the gym on June 9, 2015 from 6:00pm-9:00pm. If your child is not attending any field trips, both of the KYAC sites at Edmund Partridge Community School and École Seven Oaks Middle School are open and free for all children during the summer. For parents whose children have never attended KYAC programming, please pre-register your child/children by clicking here.

Process for Field Trip Registration Day @ 6pm on June 9th in the ESOMS gym:
·        Members of our staff will greet you and ask which school your child will be attending for the entire summer: Edmund Partridge (EP) or École Seven Oaks Middle School (ESOMS). You will then receive a field trip package for the school of your choice to fill out and go over with your child.
·        The package will be numbered to mark your place in line. You may only select 15 field trips. Once completed, please wait on the bleachers for your number to be called. *Note: if you register your child for field trips at EP they must catch the bus at EP and if you register for ESOMS you must catch the bus at ESOMS.
·        Once your number is called, you will make your way to the EP or ESOMS field trip Registration Table at the front of the gym.  
·        At the table, you will be reserving your spot. If any of your choices are completely full, you can choose unfilled field trips at the table or to put your child’s name on the waitlist. If any field trips have waivers to be signed, they will be filled out at this time. Your amount owing will be totalled and you may proceed to the Accounting Table.
·         At the Accounting Table, payment methods include cash and cheque made out to Seven Oaks School Division ONLY.  You will receive a receipt of the amount you paid.
·        On the first day of KYAC (July 2nd) you will receive a confirmation letter with the field trips your child will be attending.

Refund Policy:
If your child does not attend the field trip they have registered for, you must provide 24 hours notice in order to receive a refund. If you do not provide notice, you will not be given a refund and another child will be given the opportunity to take their place on their field trip.
