The Youth Leadership Circle Program is a personal development program for youth ages 10-14 who have demonstrated leadership potential.
During a six-week period in the summer, Youth Leaders are selected to carry out various neighbourhood and community service projects.
Youth Leaders who complete 60 hours of service can earn cash towards a supervised shopping trip before the start of school.
The summer program is a joint program with The Rotary Clubs of Winnipeg and Youth Agencies Alliance (YAA).
