What are our Terms & Conditions and export/legal restrictions?
All Terms and conditions are set by Seven Oaks School Division in consultation with SOSD Superintendents.  There are no export/legal restrictions.

What is the transaction currency?
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include GST.

What is our Privacy Policy and what information do we track/collect?
The Seven Oaks School Division website (http://www.7oaks.org) is open for anyone to visit.  No personal information is ever gathered automatically through the SOSD website. There are times, however, when we may need you to provide us with information.  If you choose to register for a Summer School course with the Seven Oaks School Division the following information is collected: your name, address, phone number and email address, plus the course number.  Online payments employ a secure Internet connection and no personal information is stored on the SOSD website. 
The collection of all information through our web site is in conformity with sections 36(1)(b) and 36(2) of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
The SOSD website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
