Bussing Fees for 2017-2018

Fees are determined by the grades of the two oldest students.

The third student (in families of 3 or more) receives transportation for free using the Family Maximum.

(A discount, if applicable, is already removed from the Family Maximum.)

There is no discount for students in Grades 9 -12

Payment Options

Transportation fees can be paid in several ways. These are:

1. Cash (in the exact amount) - paid in full at school or at the Transportation Office, 2536 McPhillips St.
2. One personal cheque – paid in full (or money order or bank draft) made payable to Seven Oaks School Division dated no later than August 31, 2017 attached to the application.
3. Interac – paid in full (in person at the Transportation Office only, 2536 McPhillips St.)
4. Visa or MasterCard - paid in full
• in person at the Transportation Office or
• Authorization Form completed, signed and attached to the application.
5. Pre-Authorized Debit Form (PAD)
• 10 equal monthly payments (September 15th and then the 1st of the each month October – June)
• Pre-Authorization Form must be completed, signed and attached to the application with a void cheque.

Please note that all applications (no matter what form of payment is chosen) should be taken to the school first and approved by the school principal. The school may also need to update your emergency contact information or your child’s after school care.

We provide bus service for the entire school year. We do not have "winter bussing". If your child has been enrolled in school since September, you must pay for the full year, even if you choose to apply late.
