Registration Information

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If you are currently in high school, a recent graduate or an adult learner this could be an important step towards a rewarding career that will last a lifetime!

All programs start in September.  Please note the various programs and locations:

  • Automotive Trades & Technology - Maples Collegiate - age cap of 25 years of age
  • Aviation Trades & Technology - Maples Collegiate - age cap of 25 years of age
  • Building Trades - Garden City & Learning and Service Centre (1985 Grassmere Rd.)
  • Culinary Services - Maples Collegiate - age cap of 25 years of age
  • Early Childhood Educator - ALC (950 Jefferson Ave.)
  • Electrical Trades & Technology - Maples Collegiate & IBEW (2085-556 Notre Dame Ave.) - age cap of 21 years of age
  • Health Care Aide - Maples Collegiate - age cap of 25 years of age
  • Heavy Construction - AEC (1747 Main St.​​)​​
  • Hospitality Services - Maples Collegiate - age cap of 25 years of age
  • Performing Arts Production & Industry - Garden City Collegiate
  • Plumbing & Pipe Trades - Maples Collegiate & PITC (20 Dunlop Ave.)
  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician - Garden City Collegiate & PITC (20 Dunlop Ave.)​

Costs for Seven Oaks School Division Residents

  • Non-Graduates – Under 21 = FREE
  • Graduates – Under 21 = $300
  • Graduates – 21 & Over = $300
  • Non-Graduates – 21 & Over = $300

Costs for Non Seven Oaks School Division Residents 

  • Non-Graduates – Under 21 = FREE
  • Graduates – Under 21 = $750
  • Graduates – 21 & Over = $750
  • Non-Graduates – 21 & Over = $750

​NOTE: Preference will be given first to Seven Oaks School Division students, then residents of Seven Oaks School Division and then to out-of-division residents.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT: Payment will be required when completing the Registration Form by credit/debit card (if required).  If you are unable to pay with a credit/debit card online at that time, please complete the Registration Form online and submit your registration.  You will then be required to pay your fee at 950 Jefferson Ave. with either credit/debit card, cash or cheque no later than 5 business days from submitting your registration.  If you do not get your payment to 950 Jefferson Ave. by then, you will not be considered registered, and you will be removed from the list!

​BEFORE REGISTERING:

Please make sure you have the following required documents (failure to attach will result in an incomplete registration and you will not be considered registered):

  1. Cover Letter
  2. Resume
  3. Reference Letter​
  4. Transcript of Marks (do not submit report cards)
  5. Proof of Address (for example, a recent bank statement or letter from the bank, a lease agreement, etc.)
  6. Piece of Identification (for example, a copy of your drivers license or Manitoba Health Card, etc.)
